Follow up on post , since justifying that the stomach cramp is not related… i hope.
I don’t know how will my stomach handle this time.
Tried to resimulate almost everything, except this time, with cacao powder and lesser water. Shorter period of microwave x03-x04 mins since lesser water.
- x0.5 cup rolled oats
- x01 tbsp flax seed (grounded)
- +/- x01 tbsp cacao powder
- enough water to soak oat + flax mixture
- hint of baking powder (added before microwaving)
