However did not end well for me. Stomach did not agree. Very disappointed. Felt like i let down myself.
Felt very heavy and lethargic after consumption. Plus the “gooey” effect made my stomach very weird.
I hope the author don’t start haunting me for… blaming the recipe. Because this was something I made before, just without the baking powder/yeast only.
- x0.5 cup rolled oats
- x01 tbsp flax seed (grinded)
- x0.75 cup boiled water
- hint of instant yeast
- hint of baking powder
- hint of cinnamon powder
- hint of matcha green tea powder
- Mix all ingredients together
- Soak overnight
- Stir again before cooking
- Microwave High Powder (3 mins) Medium-High Power (3.5mins)
