[204] Oat Flax Bread – Microwaved

Hmm, Chewy texture without grinding the rolled oats to flour

However did not end well for me. Stomach did not agree. Very disappointed. Felt like i let down myself.

Felt very heavy and lethargic after consumption. Plus the “gooey” effect made my stomach very weird.

I hope the author don’t start haunting me for… blaming the recipe. Because this was something I made before, just without the baking powder/yeast only.

Ingredients

  • x0.5 cup rolled oats
  • x01 tbsp flax seed (grinded)
  • x0.75 cup boiled water
  • hint of instant yeast
  • hint of baking powder
  • hint of cinnamon powder
  • hint of matcha green tea powder
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Soak overnight
  3. Stir again before cooking
  4. Microwave High Powder (3 mins) Medium-High Power (3.5mins)
